Complaining is a waste of time. Isn’t it? Just think for a second here. Of all the time you complained, has anything actually been achieved? Not really. You only feel beat up, exhausted, angry and feeling sorry for yourself afterward. So, why not use this time to be more productive. I like to call it " BE PROACTIVE". Let’s invest this whining/complaining time slot to think of ways on how I as an individual can improve my situation. What can I do? What steps do I need to take? How can I begin? When do I start? And start…

IF YOU CAN’T DO THIS EASILY, LET’S START WITH MINIMIZING OUR COMPLAINTS TO 5 COMPLAINTS OR 5 MINUTES PER DAY. THEN DECREASE IT FROM THERE ON YOUR OWN PACE…

It’s okay to complain sometime, but don’t make it a habit. You’ll see the difference. I know I have. =)

Let’s all do this. Good luck and be persistence!

Wow….this meditation is quite something! I keep going to sleep and feeling really exhausted but I know this is a temporary state. I would pass through it and come to a state of awareness eventually. However, I did achieved some sense of alertness. I felt all energized, calmed, relaxed and for a moment the world was quiet and still. This is awesome! =)

Aaahhhh…………… The essence of forgiveness. Come to think of it, everyone truly needs to "learn and practice forgiving themself for things they did and things they fail to do". I figure this is one of the ways one can really make peace with herself/himself. Holding onto vengence, anger, self defeating thoughts, sadness and regrets will only eat us and deteriorate our abiltiy to grow. This has proven true to me countless times. You wonder how to put it in effect? According to Morrie, from Tuesdays with Morrie written by Mitch Albom, he said to experience the emotion completely then realize that was what it was. When you confront it, then you can began to detach yourself from it. Let it go.

It take sometime to get use to, but it will be all worth it……..

The art of being there–appreciating the moment! How can I acquire that state of being? Not have my mind racing through marathons like it often does. My answer: meditation!!! So yep, I am meditating everywhere I can find time to and of course practice "being there" 24/7. I am learning to appreciate whatever I am surrounded by and being there with whomever I am talking to.  Wish me luck!

To All My Friends and Friends to Be:

I have return from the Philippines and Hong Kong a little over a month now. I’m back in the good USA. Gain a lot of realization on how fortunate we American women are (and of course men too). There’s just so much opportunities here in America compare else where. Freedom. Smell of sweet freedom. Don’t take it for granted!

Still growing,

Faey
